Project Overview:
I created an opener for a sermon series exploring themes through the lens of cinema, working with provided 3D renders (popcorn and Earth) and movie clips to craft a dramatic, cinematic piece.
Concept Development
The initial concept featured a movie ticket with film clips montaged inside. I took this foundation and enhanced it with additional effects layers, pushing the visual impact to create the epic, theatrical feel the series called for.
Execution
The challenge was unifying disparate elements into a cohesive whole. Through strategic compositing and effects work, I transformed individual assets into a piece with genuine cinematic energy, capturing the scale and drama of blockbuster filmmaking while serving the message.
